Company History Combined Effort, Inc. (CEI), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) was established in 2002 and has successfully completed a wide range of projects throughout the Western United States. On the Heavy Civil side, the company has extensive experience in GPS grade control and documentation; erosion control, drainage and reclamation; specializes in earthwork, grading, underground utilities; and has done a significant amount of work for the CA Department of Transportation (CDOT) every year since 2002.

Certificates & Bonding We use Master Builder Software that allows us to monitor daily expenditures by project, thus enabling us to both react quickly to potential loss and capitalize on profitable strategies. Our Bonding Capacity is $15 Million single and $25 Million aggregate with Reed Surety and Insurance in Los Angeles.
